Sending attachment

My HOA requires a rental application 30 days prior to move in date. How are you sending attachments via airbnd?  sending email is blocked. DocuSign won't send doc via link.

Hi @Susan5593 ! Have you managed to find an alternative solution for sending an attachment for guests to fill in their rental application prior to the stay?

Did you consider asking the guest for their email address?

@Bob297 I did but another company Houzlet was coordinating.  I don’t think Houzlet and Airbnb believe it’s in their best interest for hosts and guests to communicate outside of their app. Thank you.

I would do what's in your best interest.
If the HOA requires a rental application and Airbnb can't accommodate it, you will need the guest's email address.

The other option is making a PDF and sending it via WhatsApp. The telephone number of the guest is shown on WhatsApp
