Special Offer Feature

Hi Everyone,

My name is Dewi and I am managing several listings under a villa management company.  I found out that on 15 June Special Offer Feature is no longer available. All our listings are connected to Channel Manager. The Channel Manager is only to push basic rate and availability, not to create Special Offer/Promotion.

Just wanted to ask you all if you also experience this issue.  As now I cannot amend the special offer that I created last week nor create new special offer.

Anyone using a PMS software won't have access to the special offer/promotion option anymore, We need to let Airbnb that this is unacceptable to their hosts.

Unfortunately, if you are using API-connected software, certain things will not function the same as using the Airbnb platform as it was designed.  You can always provide feedback to Airbnb here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/feedback

I am curious however where this update was provided.  Do you have a link?
