Can you please confirm me that, as is writter in airbandb, if an host provides a special offer and the guest doesn't accept in the 24 hours everybody ios free? In my case the offer expired yesterday and today I dates locked in my calendar, my guest ask please the same offer but the system is blocked and I can not send a new special offer. Airbnb call center doesn't know what to do and can not remove the illogic block on the calendar. I have damages.

 

Can somebody give me some advice?

Yes normally if the special offer expires then the dates are freed up on your calendar.  Have you tried going onto your calendar and manually unblocking the dates?
