Still Learning about pricing

Good morning,

I recently Googled our Airbnb rental to see how it is listed and found that the list price differed from the actual Airbnb listing.

How do I fix this? I don't want potential guests to think there's some kind of bait and switch going on.

Please let me know as soon as possible.

@Leigh625 have you taken all the fees and taxes into account? Airbnb fees alone add 14.2% plus VAT to your nightly price. Then theres cleaning, state and town taxes etc etc.

I don't think the difference could be about the extra fees because our base cost per night is $126. The Google info states that it's $115. We just started in March at $120.
