Hello everybody, I have a 28 booking for next February for my bungalow in a complex with community swimming pool (Canary Islands). The complex administration informed me that the pool will be closed in February for extraordinary maintenance work.
Question: what do you suggest to say to the guest who has booked? Asking if he intend to use the pool and if he says yes to offer a partial refund? 10% of what he payed?
Did any of you get a similar case? What are your suggestion? I would like to keep the booking...
