I’m looking to change the payout method for my property in the US and been receiving the same error for a few months now.
You complete the payout method as normal
Account, Address, etc
Get to Submit page, click, and nothing.
Tried this on multiple browsers, contacted support and they said it’s a known bug which would take a little while to resolve. It’s now been months and no resolution. I’ve seen other users had this issue in the past but seems the topic has been closed.
Are you still facing this issue or tried changing the payout method through another device?
I referred to the thread you mentioned above and seems like some Hosts have managed to get it resolved by changing it through a mobile phone or through the Firefox browser.
Keep us posted if anything changes or if you have managed to resolve it.
