Hello everyone!
Greetings from Mia & Ale! We’re excited to be new to the Airbnb community and have just listed our first apartment in Dubai Marina. We designed everything ourselves and would love any feedback or tips from experienced hosts to help us improve.
Here’s the link to our listing:

Hi @Marina-Boutique-Living0 ,
First and foremost, congratulations on launching your first AirBnB! 🤗
I can see you've already had the opportunity of welcoming a few guests from the AirBnB community at your new listing who've shared their excellent experiences staying at your accommodation. Well done!
One of my first observations is that the space has a two-bedroom, two-bathroom configuration but impressively accommodates up to 10 guests!
While the sleeping arrangements seem well thought out, it’s important to consider how guests will experience the rest of the home.
Ask yourself:
Your apartment is absolutely stunning and exudes a luxurious feel. To maintain that high-end experience, it's essential that every aspect of the stay aligns with guest expectations. Travelers seeking luxury accommodations often prioritize spaces that feel well-suited to their group size. If your home accommodates 10 guests but is better suited for smaller groups, some potential guests might overlook your listing.
Consider experimenting with your guest capacity - sometimes, less is more!

Hi @Jess2718,
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and kind words! We really appreciate it. 😊
We designed the sleeping arrangements to be flexible for different guest groups—whether it’s families with kids, groups of friends, or smaller groups who just enjoy extra space. While most of our bookings are for fewer than 10 guests, we’ve found that offering different sleeping options helps us welcome a more diverse range of travelers.
That said, the apartment is definitely spacious enough for larger groups, and we’ve made sure to provide plenty of seating and dining space so everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.
We’re always looking to improve, so if anyone has any more feedback or tips, we’d absolutely love to hear them! Thanks again for your support. 😊
Best,
Mia & Ale
