Hi Maria,

Nice property!

Try adding a few things that give it a personal touch such as flowers on the table, fruit on the counter, and candy on the night stands. Then take close up photos. I use the portrait option on my iPhone.

Also use Google earth and create a pic of exactly where your property is located .

I think the best way to encourage guests is to be accommodating. With that said, it really is difficult right now to attract guests. Things are challenging financially. I just lost a two night booking specifically due to financial stresses.
