When your listing won't appear?

Hey Community! What do you do when your listing won't show up in a general city search?  I have talked with the support line a number of times and am reassured there is nothing wrong with my listing.  The calendar is wide open but the potential customer views have not changed in over a week.  It is just not showing up unless I put in the address.  Any suggestions?

- have you had someone else do a search for your town? what do they find?

- Sometimes cached items can really mess with results. You think you doing something new but you are not getting fresh results.

- If totally unrelated people are also NOT seeing your listing when the town/state are used as a general filter then something is a-foot. You can try and go back to the beginning, when you entered in your address and see if you can re-set something. Maybe the system defaulted to an incorrect zipcode (sometimes it's the last digits after the - dash in a zip code that cause issues). Or maybe your map is just wrong for the underlying area (that is the case in our area where for years as the underlying GPS was just wrong).

- like if you look at the AIRBNB map of your area and zoom into your location, is your property there? if not this is something that only tech support can help resolve, I think.

- and as a total aside, I regularly see properties mis-identified on AIRBNB maps. Like a home in the middle of a lake or a home I am familiar with set way off from where it really is. Glitches exist.
