@Janine522 At first glance, I think you need to get professional photos taken of your house. You have a nice house and need to show it in the best possible way and a professional photographer will help with that. I would also recommend naming your house and lean into the name. Since you are pet friendly many lean into that amenity. Provide more for people's pets than your competition.

How long have you been hosting? Have you found bookings  to always be slow or only lately?

I would recommend using a software called "grow my bnb". You can ask it this question and it will answer with tips and suggestions. 

I would recommend making sure your photos are clear and appealing. Lighting really changes the way people view your property. 

Have you had a think about setting up socials for your airbnb? It may help get more people to your listing?
