Hello everyone, I can no longer find the calendar sync feature for my listings, and I urgently need to sync calendars between Airbnb and other platforms. Any tips? Thanks very much

Hi @Anousheh0 

Step A: Export Airbnb calendar

1. Go to Airbnb → Listings
2. Select your listing
3. Open availability → Calendar
4. Click Availability settings
5. Scroll to Calendar sync
6. Click Export calendar
7. Copy the iCal link

Step B: Import into the other platform

1. Go to the other platform’s calendar
2. Look for Import calendar / Sync calendar
3. Paste the Airbnb iCal link
4. Name it (e.g. “Airbnb – Main House”)

Step C: Do it the other way around

• Export the other platform’s calendar
• Import it back into Airbnb

You must do two-way syncing for each listing.
