double booking
HI I have two listings, one is for 2 rooms at $285 per room and the other is for 1 room at $285 per room. The two rooms is for 4 guests and one room is for 2 guests. I assume that if someone books for one room then any 2 room booking will be void so that they do not cross over. see listing references 46939277 and 14455593. Also I am not sure what additional area mean, one is showing 7 and the other 11. Your help would be appreciated.

What you would need to do is to synchronize your calendars for your two listings by following the steps in the article below
https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/99/how-do-i-sync-my-airbnb-calendar-with-another-calendar
Afterwards, it means that if one listing is booked, it will block the calendar of the other to prevent double bookings.
Perhaps you should check the set up details of your listing.
The one room listing allows up to six guests but has one bed. Fruity.
