duplicate listing not working properly

When i duplicate a listing, I then i have fill in all the relevant sections. Considering we have 74 apartments, this is an impossible task.  There should be an option within a listing to simply add the number of duplicate properties available, with no other edits needed or as a minimum, for duplicating a listing not requiring a host to reenter any information.
