We live very near Goodwood. West Sussex.

I am thinking of letting the house for the events in 2025.

My question is, firstly the implications if any and is it financially viable.

We let just one room at the moment, this one room will be reserved  for the events as soon as i open the 2025 calendar.

Any advice will be appreciated

@Geraldine412 You can run two listings concurrently and just block either the whole house or the room as appropriate. I guess you already have all the relevant insurances and permissions from financiers in place so financial viability should be fine. Just price the whole home at whatever it takes to make money and if it books then great.
