Hi @Alex! Thanks! We've been preparing the studio for use as a guesthouse for almost a year now.

@Tom-and-Jean1   Cute place!  A little confusing with advertising for 2 persons then mentioning a king bed and then a double bed.

Personally, I would figure out how to get that king bed upstairs and out of the living area.  If you want to continue to offer 2 beds for single types, I would make the king in your loft your primary bed and then have a daybed in the living area.

Hi Lorna!

Thanks for the feedback.  (I thought I sent this reply a couple of days ago, but don't see it here.) Unfortunately, there is not enough room in the loft to fit the king bed.  Also, we think some guests may prefer to sleep on the main level so they don't have to navigate stairs to get to the toilet.
