Hi @Robert7151 @Jordyn31, If you are still facing this issue, have you tried out this basic troubleshooting method that also includes clearing browsers or cookies?
- Log out from your browsers.
- Close all browser windows/tabs on those devices/browsers.
- Open a new window on each affected browser.
- Clear cache, cookies, and browser history on the browser.
- Login with your Email that is associated with your Host account.
Please send over a screenshot along with the name of the browsers you are using, in case the issue exists despite the above steps. Maybe we can try to get some advice from the tech team once I get a screenshot of the problem.
