getting help with website issues!!!!!

I cannot complete my listing, the webpage continues to reload when I hit next. How do I contact IT support for this issue? I've searched online for recent issues and see none. I do not use twitter. Surely there is a better way to resolve issues? There isnt even an option of this page that deals with website issues.

Hi @Robert7151 @Jordyn31, If you are still facing this issue, have you tried out this basic troubleshooting method that also includes clearing browsers or cookies?

  1. Log out from your browsers.
  2. Close all browser windows/tabs on those devices/browsers.
  3. Open a new window on each affected browser.
  4. Clear cache, cookies, and browser history on the browser.
  5. Login with your Email that is associated with your Host account.

Please send over a screenshot along with the name of the browsers you are using, in case the issue exists despite the above steps. Maybe we can try to get some advice from the tech team once I get a screenshot of the problem.

Hoping for help with the same issue. I reached out to AirBnb general support and they said they have someone on the backend looking at it. I tried logging out and back in, and using a different browser, same issue. If anyone gets a resolution, I'd love to hear about it!
