I have had 3 reservations that guests have canceled in the last month. I have never had this happen before. Is there something on my listing that is encouraging guests to cancel? I'm not getting any feedback from the guest to inform me of why they have canceled. Thank you for your help.
@Jerrie4 In a word - YES. If you don't want people to cancel then change your cancellation policy to Firm or Strict. With a more flexible policy guests can hold a booking for months and then, if prices have dropped cancel it and book a cheaper/better place. You may loess few bookings with a stricter policy but those you do get will be more likely to survive.
