I have a question About. Multi unit hosting. Or. Multi. Hosting. On Airbnb.
I am a host. Two years already. And I would like. To add. 10 to 15. More apartments, How is the right way To do it?
I prefer to advertise One general add, with a lot of pictures, Different pictures- and guests will order from there- but the calendar would always stay open, at least if one of the 10 to 15 apartments are still available.

Evey rental space on Airbnb requires its own listing. The Airbnb platform does not support multiple spaces on 1 listing. Such as Hotels must have as many listing as rooms they want to make available 16 hotel rooms requires 16 listings.

Let me understand this.
You will have 15 apartmenrs.
Availability of each apartment will vary.
So really the question is how do you insure 15 calendars are maintained?
If the other bookings are coming from another platform that Airbnb Suppot talks to such as booking.com. Per listing you have to designate that attachment. That would require 16 listings on the other platform also.
If not an booking site Airbnb talks to, your own. maybe one of the pricing tools that the Airbnb Platform talks to would talk to your site.
It would only be effective if the calendars align so your site would have to adopt 1 site per calendar.
If the two booking sites don't talk to each other. I would suggest to have less errors, you have 16 apatments in the same area. I would designate Airbnb apartments and other booking site apartments. You handle each booking platform independently so each platform has an independent calendar from the other platform

But as long as not all are full, I want it to be possible to make additional reservations without closing the calendar each time, because there does not have to be a direct connection between the reservation and the apartment itself.

The point of having one listing each is Airbnb has to protect themselves also about what is offered on their high traffic website. As a Host your agreement with Airbnb is the Guest audience knows what they are buying and the space is available for the dates the Guest wanta, It would violate your agreement with Airbnb to do what you are describin g. If you can't provide to a Airbnb Guests expectations Airbnb will get bad publicity.
You could create 15 seperate listings and nanually control each Airbnb Calendar for each listing to manually open or close dates available.
In your Host Agreement with Airbnb requires the Host make a commitment to provide exactlt what is presented on the Airbnb Site.
For a hotel the scerio is every room is exactly alike. They still have to have 16 listings, but they are nit required to state the specific room number just that the room provided presents as the kisting described.
