I am setting up my airbnb host account, but I have a question. We have a beach house with 2 rv sites. We are renting out the first 2 floors of the beach house and the 2 rv sites, but I don't know how to set this up properly. We want to be able to rent out each one individually ( RV Site1, RV Site2, Beach House), with the ability for them to rent out the entire property. Any advice on how to set this up properly would be appreciated?

You can create three individual listings and one combined listing with linked calendars, but I am not sure this will fully book your calendar.
People who travel with RVs usually do not look on Airbnb first as they use other apps. Airbnb is still much less common for them than dedicated RV apps which show more detailed information like hookup types, clearance heights, dump stations and pull through sites.
Look for apps that you can sync with Airbnb so you will not have double bookings.
A few important things to mention in the listing description:
Clearly explain which areas are shared between RV1, RV2 and the beach house and which areas are private.
Set clear rules and expectations so each guest can enjoy their stay without being disturbed by others. For example, rules for generator use, hanging laundry, quiet hours and similar matters
Explain the distance between the house and the RV parking
This will help you avoid confusion and bad reviews.
I have a large parking space in front of my Airbnb listing and considered adding two RV spots there but eventually decided not to. Unless each property is distanced, fenced and separated it can mix two very different experiences in my opinion, not to mention that RVs do not have much of a sound barrier and can lead to lifestyle clashes.
@Debbie-And-Kris1 4 listings (each separate and one combined) is the best you can do. Make sure you link each separate listing to the combined listing to avoid double bookings.
Finally switch on pro tools in your account to get a calendar that makes multi listings easy to manage.

@Guy991 Great advice! I can see how mixing the two could be problematic unless they were entirely different spaces.
