my ad always shows 7 day minimum even when i specifically reduce it to 2 days
my ad won't change when I set it to 3 day minimum for the next two weeks.
on my ad interface it shows 3 nights minimum, but it keeps showing 7 day minimum when i test out my ad on a different browser.

Hi @Tanya710
Yes...since the update, you have to turn on Pro Tools and use Rule sets to override previous custom settings, or apply new ones. All hosts can do this, even if you only have one property (previously, Airbnb restricted Pro Tools to Hosts with 6 or more properties). So far it has been working for other hosts with the same issues. Link for Community Guide for Using Pro Tools (has screen shots) below:
Hope this helps. Let us know if it works for you!

Thanks... You're my best friend @Joan2709 .
Funny in all my searching all I ever saw before was pro tools only worked for multiple properties... Never saw anywhere where its good for everyone now.
Kind of a surprise that it's not apparent on my add interface that I can use Pro Tools now

Hi @Tanya710
I agree! I wish they would update all the help articles that still say you need six properties or more. However, all hosts can use Pro Tools now.
