Yes...since the update, you have to turn on Pro Tools and use Rule sets to override previous custom settings, or apply new ones. All hosts can do this, even if you only have one property (previously, Airbnb restricted Pro Tools to Hosts with 6 or more properties). Funny in all my searching all I ever saw before was pro tools only worked for multiple properties... Never saw anywhere where its good for everyone now.
Kind of a surprise that it's not apparent on my add interface that I can use Pro Tools now
