I have 4 rooms rented out individually but i am setting it up as another listing where someone can rent the whole unit, 4 br 4 ba. Any advice on pricing for this, is it typical to discount it some? Thanks

@Stephanie-And-Chris1 I would just search for properties your area and see what a competitive price would be.
