You say you'll style people or sew on a button - I wouldn't offer that - people will either be scared away or decide to walk all over you because although it speaks to a generous soul, it also might speak to inappropriate boundaries.  And guests want to know there will be boundaries when they're sharing space.  (If you want to be paid for fashion styling, set up an Experience.)

Maybe you know someone in the fashion world who would be great at interior photography, which is difficult for anyone to do.
