there is a problem after new update in Custom trip lengths

I have big problems with Custom trip lengths :

 I make a custom trip length for 18-19 June to be 2 days and those are available when I search about it in those days it doesn’t appear
 
Cause of there was old costume trip length was made as 7 days as minimum before yesterday update and now it isn’t appear to me to edit it but it is affect on it
 
i tried to talk to Airbnb customer service many times for 2 days but no help !!
 
i want to back to the old dashboard

A host on the French Community Centre was told that she should activate "professional tools" for her listing to be able to set the minimum length of stay.  She too had opted into the new update.

 

Here is the link that explains how to switch these pro tools that is now a feature available to everyone.  I use them and they give you great flexibility for settings stays of various lengths according to the time of year etc:

I'm sorry that you're experiencing this problem and there are a number of hosts complaining of this exact problem on the forum and it is a bug that still hasn't been resolved unfortunately.

 

The bad news is that you now that you have opted for the new version ahead of the summer launch you cannot go back to the old version😥

 

However, you should have a "feedback" button for your listing so use this to tell Airbnb of the problem.  I will tag @Bhumika who may be able to push things along for you.

Since it has been a while, were you able to get in touch with Support? As Joelle mentioned, it is something that the Airbnb teams are already working on. 

Please feel free to put in your feedback by following these steps :


- Go to Early Access in your hosting menu> Select a feature from the list> Tap or click Share feedback > Add your feedback and tap or click Submit feedback. 

I will also be making sure that this reaches the concerned teams.
