views but no bookings
Hello everyone:
I noticed Airbnb in my area has a lot of demand also competition.
I have been on Airbnb for 8 years but I would love to improve my sales for real.
What would you recommend me to improve my add?
Thanks a head

Hi @Zuni1 there's a slow currently in bookings. But you may consider the following to help increase your bookings or occupancy.
-Write a clear, detailed, and enticing description. Highlight unique features of your space and the local area. Make your listing title catchy and informative. Include key amenities or unique selling points.
-Consider using dynamic pricing tools that adjust your rates based on demand, season, and local events. Regularly check the prices of similar properties in your area.
-Small gestures like a welcome note, a bottle of wine, or local snacks can make a big difference.
-Politely ask guests for a review after their stay. Positive reviews can significantly boost your listing's attractiveness.
-Consider offering a more flexible cancellation policy to attract guests who might be hesitant to book. Adjust your minimum stay requirements based on demand and season.
-Encourage longer stays with discounts or special offers. Offer last-minute deals to fill empty dates. Hope this helps!
