Does anyone know of any way to get in touch with an actual customer service manager on the telephone regarding challenging a decision to over ride my cancellation policy? Is there arbitration or any formal actions that can be taken if you do not agree with a decision they make at the resolution center? ? I have called and written and they keep telling me someone will get back to me with in 48 hours and they don’t. There literally doesn’t seem to be anyone in customer service at this company? What is going on?
Thanks for your response. I don’t have Twitter. I did find contacts for customer relations at air bnb corporate headquarters, so I guess that will be my next step. Has anyone ever taken this step and did you receive a response?
