Guest writing in a review that I'm a lier

I've been dealing with airbnb for over 2 years now as they removed my rebuttal to a review left by a guest. After I contacted them the first time they told me  my review breached their policies, however, as they found the guest's review also against their policy, they removed it. However, I recently noticed the review was up again and after back and forth, airbnb told me that the review is OK and thus will not be removed. 

In a nutshell, the guest made blank statements about the condition of my apartment and accusing me of all bunch of stuff that never happened, some of which I was able to prove to airbnb that was not true. Whereas this is disturbing, as in a she said/he said case like this airbnb took a side without really doing much to make sure the claims were true, the main issue I have is the guest's statement: "be careful of Carol as she will lie to get a tenant in, no matter their health or safety" How this defamation of character is not against airbnb review policies?

Have you tried them on their social media @Carol7185  and ask them why they reinstated a guest review that breaks the terms of their review policy
