Having an existing problem solved

I raised a worry I had about a host charging me extra after the initial booking was accepted.  Airbnb said they would get back to me with a full refund.  After a week NOTHING has happened.  How do I get some action from Airbnb?  

Any help gratefully accepted.......

A host can not charge you extra for the stay after the booking is accepted.

Unless you made a mistake in the booking process (eg not entered the right number of guests) or if it is for an amenity or service guests have to pay for seperately (but then it must be made clear in the listing).
