Is it normal for the support personnel to leave the conversation prematurely?
I found that strange, so I wanted to ask the question here: Is it normal for the support personnel to leave the conversation prematurely? Before I get an answer to my question? From my experience, usually they ask for confirmation on whether I need any further assistance before they close the conversation.
The conversation took place today with ** and didn't get a response to my last message at least until 1:20 PM. I'm attaching the full log below: (since I didn't find any Id to refer to it)
