Long term rental slowing down???

I only offer long term rental (30 days +) and have noticed a significant decrease in demand.  I am presuming it is post Covid and  back to in-office work  from corporate America.  Has anyone else seen a slow down in long term renters?

Hello @Paul12137 👋

Welcome to the Community Center! It's great to have you here with us. I'm sorry to hear that you've seen a decline in bookings. How long have you been hosting for?

Have you seen that we have a board called Ask about your listing, where you can ask for a listing critique. Some of our experienced hosts can have a look and see if they spot anything that may help generate more bookings. 😊

Let me know if you do decide to post a critique, I can pop by and tag some of the hosts into the conversation.

You have a big property so yes probably I can take my family om vacation for a month and work there.  That market is dwindling.

Is it a regulation or your choice 30 days?

Cute property and obviously a good family vacation property but 30 days might not match that market.  If you can't lower days we have to identify the new market your location looks more fun then boring work Ha-ha

Your Overall Rating is below the Airbnb Standard 4.8 that effects where your listing is display.  Using a Airbnb Custom Discount doing a 20% discount on certain days Airbnb will market your listing.
