I contact HErnry in Aguadilla Puerto rico and he told me my reservation was never made. I am ready to travel and we dont have a place. I am attaching the screen shot of the money that you took and the last 4 number of my credit card. I never got any email about any unpaid reservation. I didnt get any refund or anything in my card. You solved it now.
