How do you charge for additional persons staying during the week after guests have paid and they do not inform you ? 
I am finding guests are paying for 2 persons to stay and 4 are staying in both bedrooms , I will resort to locking the other bedroom door or removing the extra bedding

The best way to request additional amounts is to use the resolution adjustments portal in Airbnb: https://www.airbnb.com/resolutions

Ok thank you 🙏 I am new to all of this and realise guests are not as honest as they should be 😳

I sm not sure how I can monitor this going forward short of getting an outside camera

@Gaye45 Some thoughts

Just because only 2 book you cannot stop them using both bedrooms. The best solution for you is to create two listings

A 1 bed listing that takes 2 people for price X

A 2 bed listing that takes 4 people for price X++

Then link the listings to avoid double bookings.

This way you can then legitimately lock the 2nd bedroom when the 1 bed listing is booked.
