Pre March 14 cancellation Covid-19 related

I had people a Guest staying at my home from Spain who left mid reservation due to the conditions in Spain.

I also had my largest reservation of the year for a huge town event cancel before the March 14 date as they were coming from Hong Kong who had already been hard hit

Lastly I had someone cancel coming from Japan and from Italy before the date of March 14. These were longer reservations costing me thousands. How do I get answers or get on the radar of someone who is listening at Airbnb to ask these questions

Its a little unclear what your question is.

Your listing appears to have a policy that allows free cancellations up to the day before the stay. Have people just used this to cancel?
