Reservation Calendar

I want to give my cleaners access to my reservation calendars.  I want them to be able to view the calendar so they know what rooms to clean on any given day, but I do not want them to be able to modify or make any changes...only to view the calendar...please help!

Hi @Thomas2674  hope you’re well!

You should be able to use the “teams” function to allow calendar access to your cleaners without any other privileges as you meet the minimum requirement of having 6 listings.

Make sure you have enabled professional hosting tools on your account.

If you are not comfortable making your cleaning staff a co-host you will probably need to use a third party app to share your calendar.  There are many channel managers what will work, turnover bnb is just one of them.
