Help line has become awful in the last year and some change. We had more damages and unruly guests as well. I think its time to make a switch to VRBO. Seems like they are more responsive and actually help instead of hang-up or have zero helpful advice. I was waiting for the Seattle branch to open back up for help from the states and not out of the country. We still have two tickets open from months ago with zero relief. Very disappointing. Agree or Disagree? I would love to hear better feedback or if you agree?
@Sean166 If you had read through a couple pages if posts here, you would see hundreds of posts about everyone's disgust and frustration with Airbnb customer disservice.
