What hosts are saying

    Whenever I read reviews of guests before booking them, all the reviews are positive. I have given negative reviews which I see on my properties but I never see a negative review written by other hosts. Why is that? Steve Latest reply by Sarah977

    If guests didn't stay due to a propane situation & I refunded their money I received for payment, but is there a way of recouping airbnb's portion? Or do I have to absorb that fee, which is a deficit! Thanks in advance! Latest reply by Mike-And-Jane0
