We own a non-profit, Creech Prairie Restoration, Inc. , including a guest house on a restored tall-grass native prairie. The guest rooms are in a barn in the middle of the prairie. Guests would have opportunities to walk the trails and learn about the importance of tall-grass prairies from the hosts. Should this be listed as an experience or an adventure, or something else? Will Airbnb waive any of its service fees for the guests or hosts? All the proceeds from the bnb will be returned to the non-profit for the continuing restoration of the tall-grass native prairie.

The guest rooms can be listed as accommodation for a stay (if they can be used also for people not interested in the restored prairie).

The trails, education etc. can be listed as experiences.

Airbnb will not waive service fees.
