@Nikki456 this exact thing happened to me last week. It also stopped me messaging people and I had to use the app to keep in touch with guests.

Now the solution....You may not like this....

I updated the operating system to Monterrey and everything works fine now. It took a few hours but amazingly everything transferred across and I didn't even lose my passwords.
