Airbnb Community for Hosts

Hello everyone,

I am writing my Master's thesis about the Gamification process in Airbnb. The aim of the study is to understand how the system of badges (getting the Superhost status) and reward (coupons and gifts) are impacting the community and the brand.

Done. No room for comments? I feel that accommodation now is often called an Airbnb. As in: oh, you have an Airbnb! No, I don't. I have accommodation which is listed on Airbnb. It's a difference.

I have big PROBLEM. I cannot enter in my listing as a host - only as a GUEST! I cannot see anything, nothing! Aa though I want to be a guest to my own airbnb flat. HELP!!!!!

@Lilly28 , can t you click on the switch to hosting button? If you can't, maybe time to call Airbnb. But I think that's the problem.

Haven't experienced this personally, but here's a thread below with comments from many users who have experienced difficulties in switching from Host to Guest view, and vice versa. Hopefully, you may be able to find something in it that might work for you. If not, you'll have to call CX, as @Sandra126 advised.
