Please someone somewhere must have a number to call and get someone that can help me. Two weeks ago I had a reservation to come to Atlanta Ga and then at the very last min (I mean im literally about to check in) the host cancels on me saying her a-partment doesnt allow pets when in all actuality she had a pet friendly ad. Im many miles from home Im here due toi health issues (not covid) and my specialist is here..... I need help being able to access my account now because she refunded my money and Airbnb put it in a coupon but i Cant access my account to be able to reserve anything. I havent worked in a very long time due to health issues and I really need a place to stay Ive been in my car for days now. Ive tried to contact airbnb several differnt ways and not one person seems to have any answers for me. I just NEED HELP ASAP PLZ!!!
