I get notified via text that I have a new Airbnb support message in my inbox. I click on the link and it deeplinks me to my app where I experience a network request failure.
I try to log onto the desktop site and I get a preview of the message but when I click into it, I get another error.
This is extremely, frustrating, I've called multiple times requesting a refund for a trip and these messages have important information that I need to access but airbnb is making it impossible

Sorry you had this issue. After reading this post I sent an internal message to the team with the information you provided here. They advised my that the issue should now be fixed.
Could I have you both confirm this from your end, please?
