Cancellation Policies

Can AirBnB provide some other cancellation policies? Like full refund up to 60 days before arrival. This is to facilitate bookings a long way away where guests are concerned about travel restrictions or forced quarantine that could affect their booking. The Strict, Moderate and Flexible policies do not cover this 60-day option.  @airbnbhelp

The flexible and moderate cancellation policies already provide full refund if 60 days (or even less) cancelled before check-in date. BTW The Airbnb Service fee is refunded max. 3 times in a 12 month time period.
