Double booking

Hi Today l received a text from Airbandb with a cancellation for next week. Shortly after l got a new booking for the same dates. A few hours later the original booking tells me there was an error with the bank and now they are coming so l now have two bookings fir next week. Not heard from air bands, told both clients to contact airbandb as l don’t know who has paid so who gets in. Any 💡

There can be only 1 reservation for same dates. Your calender, your list of reservations and your Transaction History pages will tell you which reservation is the right one. According to your story the first booking was cancelled because of "no payment", so then the second reservation is the actual reservation.
