Extra person to a booking

Hi there

Anyone know how I can add 2 extra people to an existing booking, but they are only staying 1 night not the 2 nights?  Thanks

@Jo740  are you a guest or a host?

You should go to your "trips" and then to "change or cancel the reservation" and then change the number of people in your group

If you are a host then go to your "reservations" and do the same.

In both cases, the other part (host or guest) has to accept your change request.

I had a group of 4 check in today for 6 nights.

They asked if a couple they’re friends with  could join them for 4 nights - as this is 2 nights short of their full stay I did this:

I charge £25 per night/per guest for everyone over 2 guests.  

I charged them 2 guests x 2 nights (£25 x 2 x 4 = £200.

I sent them request as a separate charge which they accepted prior to arrival.

You could also add 1 guest for the 2 nights. This would give you the same total as 2 guests for 1 night.
