I was wondering what other hosts are doing for refunds for their guests who are evacuated due to fires? I think 50 % is reasonable? Any suggestions?can Airbnb override my refund and force me to give them all their money back? Latest reply by Colleen253

Hi I am a new host and in need of some help. I had to canceled a reservation, and the guest has been refunded and thee dates have been blocked. It says to to help avoid future cancellations. How do I unblock these dates. Thank you.
