Hosts Please share your advice. I have a guest that booked back in June for 3 months starting in Sept. I have a strict cancellation policy. She advised she is cancelling due to Covid-19. I am in Los Angeles. How best do you advice I settle with her. Keep her $100 deposit or 25% of the whole 3 months or any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you
a 3 month stay has automatically the "long term stay"cancellation policy attached, overruling any other policy set. If cancel is because of covid-19, check out those specific terms. The guests has to perform the cancel (NOT you !) of the reservation and any refund will be calculated automatically.
