Helping Wildfire Victims

I just saw a report on the news that a score of new Airbnbs have popped up in the Los Angeles area that are price gouging the wildfire victims. Really, really sad. 

Wondering if anyone knows of a mechanism to offer rentals to displaced people at a discount?
