Host Covid related listing shutdown

Hi!  Has any other host here had their listing blocked from the sight for 30 days because they had Covid?  I m currently in this situation and not able to get in touch with anyone from Airbnb who can help me get it un blocked so I can continue to make money from my main source of income.

Your listing is in the search system and seems to be bookable for dates in december/januari.
