How do I contact Airbnb?

I was offered a full refund because of a Covid lockdown cancellation. However I didn't receive the full amount ... the Airbnb host did tick the full refund however do Airbnb still retain 12% of the booking fee for themselves?

@Brian1936  Full refund means the nightly booking fee. Airbnb doesn't necessarily refund their service fee, it depends on the circumstances of the cancellation. Have you read the cancellation policy for the listing you booked? It will say under what circumstances you would get the service fee back, which is usually if you cancel within 48 hours of booking.
